We can assist you in your transition from hospital to home, coordinate prescription delivery, rental of medical equipment and oxygen services. As your medical needs change, we work with you to modify your care program. Our goal is your greatest personal independence and self-sufficiency.
Oneida County Hospital Home Care is a Medicare and Medicaid certified provider. Services are also performed on a private fee bases. Private insurance companies will be contacted for coverage. We can help you complete claim forms for either government or private insurance plans.
